HOW IT WORKS

- Pick one team for each round of fixtures.
- You cannot select the same team twice.
- Your points are based on how your team performs.
- Postponed fixtures carry over until the match is played.
- You can still join after the season has already started.

- Lose or draw and you still stay in the competition.
- Missing a deadline gives a penalty, not elimination.
- Every week can still affect your overall position.

- Miss a deadline and you receive a goal difference penalty.

I have always loved football, but FOOTiPICKS came from something more personal. After years of gambling becoming a bigger part of my life than it should have been, I stepped away from it completely and started rebuilding.
What I realised I actually missed was the competition, the buzz of getting a result right and the banter with friends. That sparked the idea for FOOTiPICKS: a season-long football competition with plenty to play for. I tested it with a few mates, saw how much people enjoyed it and it has grown from there season by season.
FOOTiPICKS is about taking that competitive feeling and turning it into something people can enjoy across a whole football season, with plenty to play for and no one disappearing after one bad result.
And one thing you will probably hear me say far too often: Geoff Astle was brilliant, even though I was not even born when he played.
CHRIS
I fell in love with football at nine and chose Liverpool mainly because the girl down the road supported them. Thankfully, she did not support Accrington Stanley.
I still remember the atmosphere at Anfield, standing on the old Kop and watching Liverpool against PSG, although the two-hour crawl out of the city afterwards was less enjoyable. I am also old enough to remember Coventry winning the FA Cup in 1987, with the victory bus passing my house.
After years working in IT and cyber security, FOOTiPICKS is a complete change of direction. It is a chance to build something different with a good friend and take a locally proven idea much further.
And yes, I am still very grateful that the girl down the road supported Liverpool and not Accrington Stanley… who are they? EXACTLY!

You stay in the competition. Your result affects the points you earn, but you are not eliminated. You simply move on to the next fixture and keep competing.
Players will receive reminders before the deadline. If you do not make a selection in time, a penalty will be applied for that fixture, but you will remain in the competition.
The result and points for that selection are held until the postponed match has been played.
Yes. You can still enter after the competition has begun, although you will not receive points for fixtures that have already been missed.
FOOTiPICKS is designed around multiple prize opportunities across the season, including weekly, monthly, winning-streak and overall seasonal prizes. Final prize amounts will be confirmed once the competition size is known.
There will be an upfront season payment option as well as a monthly payment option. Final prices and payment details will be confirmed before the competition opens.
